YUMI CERTIFICATION CLASSES

Anyone is eligible to take our training course. However, licensing requirements vary by state and are established according to your local state boards. Primarily our courses are held year-round at our Warwick, Rhode Island Academy.

We believe that hands-on training is the most effective style of training for lash lift and brow lamination.   

Get ready to lash post COVID-19 when the demand for natural, healthy, dark, and more lifted lashes will be stronger than ever!

This is an intensive 7-8 + hours course (breaks are included!). You will be able to interact with our Master Trainer and learn and connect with a small group.

  • Continued Technician Support – We will never abandon you! Our YUMI Customer Service Team is ready and available to assist you with any questions M-F, 9am-6pm.

The course will begin with a lesson that will prepare you for the course. It will cover brand and product knowledge, industry standards, formulation and more.

You will then see a demonstration from start to finish. The Master Trainer will focus on proper product usage and application, technique, and tips and tricks.  

You will be tested to ensure you are ready for hands-on application.

We will guide you through a step-by-step application on 1 live model. (This part of the course requires a live model and good lighting).

The course will end with a recap of the training and you will be able to ask any questions.

After the course is completed, We then require all students to practice on 2 additional models. This is to ensure that each student is applying the skills and techniques taught in the course. Each student will submit photos of their work via email. One of our senior technicians will review your work and contact you to provide feedback. This procedure is done before issuing your certificate. 

All classes are on a first come first serve basis. If you are unable to pay the balance in full. An initial deposit  is required to reserve your spot in any of our scheduled classes. Your deposit is applied toward the balance of your tuition but is non-refundable. 

Due to the high demand for YUMILashes Training, we have implemented a cancellation policy. There are absolutely no refunds for the course. Any deposits made for registration are non-refundable. Any student needing to reschedule their training date, will incur a $100 rescheduling fee, the second change will be $200. All reschedules need to be made 14 days prior to the class start date. Emergency situations for rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but students will still be subject to all rescheduling fees. All balances are due 7-10 days prior to training.
